1、 Operation preparation and operation

2、 Maintenance of riveting machine
1. The power must be turned off and the cleaning should be carried out from the inside out and from the top to the bottom.
2. Cleaning of rivet storage tank: remove the rivet storage tank and take out the surplus rivet to prevent subsequent production
If the remaining rivets are mixed up and cause damage to riveting products, clean them with cotton cloth and install them back after cleaning.

5. Clean the lower die base, remove the protective cloth cover of the lower die base, and clean the remaining washer on the floating center pin.
